Hi, I’m Flavia

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with over ten years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, guiding individuals through embodied practices that cultivate presence, clarity, and intentional action.

My teaching is rooted in Vinyasa yoga, where movement and breath flow together in a continuous, mindful rhythm. This flowing approach supports nervous-system regulation while developing both strength and flexibility.

With a foundation in science and years spent in the corporate world, I bring a grounded, practical perspective to yoga and meditation. Over time, I came to understand that balance is achieved by learning how to remain present and responsive within movement, challenge, and change.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy nature, mindful movement, and practices that support presence and vitality.
